Elegantly sweet in the mouth, soft but fresh and lively with a balanced flavour and a delightful aftertaste of ripe fruit. Delicious with shellfish and fish in sauce but goes equally well with fruit tarts, fresh fruits without too much acidity (strawberries, peaches, pears)and well flavoured cheeses
