Made from the native Sicilian grape from which this wine takes its name, around a third of the grapes are “passito” (virtually dried to raisins prior to pressing so each one only yields a single drop of precious juice)creating this lush, juicy, moreish wine with hints of dark chocolate and sweet black cherries, fabulous!!
